Held on the first Friday in July, Ladies’ Day is a summer day out celebrating getting together with friends, fabulous outfits and of course thrilling Flat racing around one of the most beautiful racecourses in the UK. Our package combines stunning food and drink with incredible views.
A luxurious Sandown hospitality experience awaits guests which will include a three course buffet and an inclusive drinks bar for the day.

BY CAR
From London, take the A3 and follow the brown signs to Sandown Park. Exit A3 on to the A307 and continue to follow the brown venue signs. Alternatively, from the M25, exit at Junction 10 and follow the A3 towards London then exit onto the A307 and follow the brown signs to Sandown Park. If using a Sat Nav, please enter ‘Portsmouth Road’ rather than the Sandown Park postcode. This will bring you to our main car park which is just off the A307 and is directly in front of the main entrance.
BY TRAIN
Esher train station is just a 30 minute train journey from London Waterloo, followed by a 10 minute walk to the racecourse. Visitors should turn left out of the station onto Station Road and then right at the T-junction to join the A307 Portsmouth Road. The entrance to Sandown Park is on the right hand side. Please note that Esher rail station is located outside of Zones 1-6 and that Oyster Cards are not valid when travelling to Esher. A paper ticket must be purchased in advance of travelling.

Sandown Park is easily accessed from London Airports, with Heathrow 12 miles and Gatwick 25 miles away by road.
BY TAXI
There is a taxi rank at Esher rail station.

ADMISSION TICKETS & BADGES
Entrance tickets and race day swing badges will be sent in the post approximately 3 weeks prior to the fixture. Please keep your tickets and badges in a safe place as they are required on the day for entry into the racecourse and your hospitality suite. For late bookings, tickets & badges will be available on collection from the hospitality enquiries desk situated in the main foyer.
CAR PARKING
Hospitality parking labels will be sent along with your tickets and badges, which give you access to free parking in our main car park. The car park is based on Portsmouth Road, and this will be signposted on arrival to the main grandstand entrance. We also havecomplimentary parking available in the centre of the course which you can access this via More Lane. Car park labels are sent on a basis of 1 per 2 guests.
CASH
Our racecourses continue to operate on a “cashless” basis, including concession units. However, cash may be used when placing bets with all on-course bookmakers.
ARRIVAL
To make the most of your day and for the best experience we advise you to arrive between gates opening at 12:00pm, and the second race which is at 2:20pm.
