An exclusive evening celebrating Scotch whisky, flavour and craftsmanship, paired with the exquisite cuisine of The Indian Dish.

The Experience:

The evening will begin with a whisky ginger welcome drink and a selection of canapés, followed by a curated 3–4 course pairing experience, with each dish thoughtfully matched to a complementary whisky. Throughout the evening, Matthew and Lauren will guide guests through each whisky, sharing insight into flavour, origin and character, while Julia and Ali from The Indian Dish will present the dishes, offering context on the ingredients, inspiration and pairing approach behind each course.
